Reagents for Oligonucleotide Synthesis

emp BIOTECH offers a wide variety of high purity reagents, solvents and labeling molecules for automated oligonucleotide synthesis.

Each reagent is manufactured under strict quality control in compliance with GMP/GLP protocols. Water content is kept minimized through the use of specialty filling equipment under inert atmosphere. Purity is maintained using Karl-Fischer coulometry, GC-MS, HPLC and a few other analytical techniques specially developed at emp BIOTECH.

Available packaging formats:

Every solution reagent is available in the following standard configurations:

450 mL amber glass bottle with standard US-thread 28-400 (i.e. ABI, Mermade)
2.5 L amber glass bottle with DIN GL45 thread
4 L amber glass bottle with DIN GL45 thread or with US-thread 38-430
Stainless steel (1.4571 or 1.4301) drum with G2” Tri-Sure Closure, ranging in size from 10L to 200L. Drums are rated to 1.5 bar.

Consultation on all necessary adapters and connections is freely provided. When requested, we can usually provide any desired non-standard packaging and can customize packaging and specifications to fit your particular requirements.
