Zetadex-20 LH is a beaded composite size-exclusion gel with dual lipophilic and hydrophilic properties. Developed by emp Biotech, it is composed of Zetadex-25 Fine which has been hydroxypropylated.
It is made specifically for use with polar organic solvents and aqueous solvent mixtures.
The size exclusion cut-off for Zetadex-20 LH is about 4 to 5 kD, but strongly depends on the solvent system used.
